RETURN POLICY

Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

The product must remain in brand-new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with original packaging and all tags intact.

If the product has quality issues, was shipped incorrectly, or was damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and provide photographic evidence.

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, change of preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product exceeds the return period.

The product has been used, washed, or damaged by human intervention.

Unable to provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Please first contact our customer service team via email at mohammad@werfdex.store, stating the reason for the return and providing the order number and relevant photos.

We will respond within 1-3 business days and provide the return address and related instructions.

After receiving the returned product and confirming it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

  1. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange for a similar product (e.g., different color or size), please specify this when requesting the return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

  1. Shipping Issues

If the product is lost or visibly damaged during transit, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
